3. Account Registration

3.1 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use this Service. By creating an account, you represent that you meet these requirements.

• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

4. Subscription and Payment

4.1 Pricing

We offer multiple subscription tiers:

• Pro: $149/month
• Agency: $499/month

Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice.

4.2 Billing

• Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance
• Payment is processed through Stripe
• Failed payments may result in service suspension
• You authorize us to charge your payment method automatically

4.3 Cancellation and Refunds

• You may cancel your subscription at any time
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• No refunds for partial months or unused services
• We reserve the right to offer refunds at our discretion

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Generate harmful, offensive, or illegal content
• Harass, abuse, or harm others
• Distribute spam or malware
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Reverse engineer or copy our technology
• Use the Service for competitive purposes
• Generate content that violates third-party rights
• Resell or redistribute our services without permission

6. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to content you create or upload ("Your Content"). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to:

• Use Your Content to provide and improve the Service
• Generate AI-powered content based on Your Content

We do not claim ownership of Your Content and will not use it to train AI models.

6.2 Generated Content

You own the content generated by the Service. However, you are responsible for:

• Ensuring generated content doesn't infringe on third-party rights
• Complying with applicable laws when using generated content

• AI outputs may occasionally be similar to content created by others

8. Service Availability

• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• Specific uptime percentages
• Availability during maintenance or updates
• Compatibility with all devices or browsers

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND
• WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES
• OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID IN THE LAST 12 MONTHS
• WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR CONTENT GENERATED BY THE AI
• WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR THIRD-PARTY SERVICES OR CONTENT

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Klonyr from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your Content or generated content
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately if you:

• Violate these Terms
• Engage in fraudulent activity
• Fail to pay subscription fees
• Use the Service in a harmful manner

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may delete your data after a reasonable period.

12. Dispute Resolution

12.1 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

12.2 Arbitration

Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except for claims that may be brought in small claims court. You waive your right to a jury trial or class action.
